S. Donald Moore
Donald Moore is the Chairman of Theralase Technologies Inc. Mr. Moore is a major shareholder, principal, director and/or senior officer of a number of public companies (Talent Oil and Gas, Parkland Industries, Phoenix Canada Oil and Starrex Mining).
Roger J. Dumoulin-White
Roger White B.Sc., P.Eng., is the company’s founder and President and CEO. Mr. White graduated as an electrical engineer from the University of Western Ontario in 1986 and has been fully licensed as a professional engineer since 1989. Mr. White has held successively higher management positions with Ford Electronics, a division of Ford Motor Company, for eight years before resigning as a Product Team Manager in 1994 and founding Theralase Inc. in 1995.
Andrew Szonyi
Andrew Szonyi is a senior financial and business operations executive with over 40 years of broadly-based experience in business and education, including academic positions as Professor of Management and of Engineering at the University of Toronto. Mr. Szonyi was a senior consultant to the Ontario Development Corporation for 10 years, from 1971, and more recently, a member of the Science Council of Canada, serving on its Executive Committee. For the last 15 years, he has been a serving Board member, and an active consultant to many clients in the private, public and non-profit business sectors. Since 2000, Mr. Szonyi is a partner and Executive Vice-President of First Nations Equity Inc., an aboriginal consulting and investment advisory firm.
H. Dan Routledge
Dan Routledge joins the Board of Directors of Theralase Technologies Inc. as a successful financial and investment banking executive with over 45 years of experience. Mr. Routledge has held senior management positions with several major Canadian investment firms. Since 1994, as a senior officer and director of Integra Capital, a privately-held portfolio manager, he has acted as investment counsel and portfolio manager in the development and management of the firm's high net worth private client base. He brings to Theralase a wealth of experience in corporate underwriting, IPO financing, institutional sales and trading as well as years of marketing knowledge.
Michel Lebel
Mr. LeBel is Chairman and President of EBITD Financial Advisory Corporation and an independent consultant with over 35 years of experience in banking, trust and insurance industries.
Mr. LeBel is Lead Director of Integrated Asset Management Corporation where he serves as Chairman of both the Governance and Compensation and the Audit Committees. He is also a director of NexgenRx Inc. and its Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. LeBel is a former senior executive with Desjardins-Laurentian Life Group Inc, Laurentian Financial Inc, Metropolitan Trust (MetLife), Credit Lyonnais Canada and The Mercantile Bank of Canada.
Mr. LeBel has served on many boards of directors. He is past Chairman of The Poplar Corporation and of First Treasury Management Inc.
Mr. LeBel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Université Laval, Québec City, Québec. He also attended executive extension courses at Babson College, Wellesley, Mass.
